We recognise learning as a transformative process, unlocking potential from within for maximising effective action in the world.
Wide Open Spaces has associates nationally in South Africa and internationally, delivering in-person and virtual coaching and leadership development programmes to leaders, their teams and organisations globally.
About Julia
Julia Bonadei is an Ontological and Integral Coach® who is the founder and Director of Wide Open Spaces. She is a PCC-credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Practitioner Member of COMENSA. With a focus on communication processes, moods and emotions, and nonverbal physiological aspects, she partners with her clients to enable positive and sustainable changes in their professional and personal lives.
In addition to offering one-on-one coaching, Julia also works systemically with organisations and teams to improve performance and leadership competence. Her well-rounded insight and understanding of the complexities and challenges facing leaders comes from her experience as an HR generalist and as the head of a family-owned commercial property business.
